We're headed south! Explore the majesty of the Loess Hills as you camp in Indian Cave State Park in Nebraska! Practice Leave No Trace principles and become well-versed in backpacking preparation before immersing yourself in a three-day, two-night camping trip. Conquer the steep hills and discover a historic village and cave while forging lasting memories alongside a fantastic group of friends. Get ready for an unforgettable experience in nature, friendship, and the spirit of exploration! 

Highlights of this session: 

  • Go on an off-site camping trip to Indian Cave State Park in Nebraska. 

  • Use Leave No Trace principles. 

  • Learn about backpacking including meals and packing. 

  •  

  • Travel Campers: All specialized backpacking gear is provided by the camp.  Campers will want sturdy shoes and must be able to carry a full backpack of gear while hiking through the beautiful and steep terrain.

(Grade level for registration is the grade your Girl Scout will be entering in Fall 2025)
