Join us for a self-defense workshop designed for Junior Girl Scouts and older! This hands-on session will teach essential self-defense techniques, awareness strategies, and confidence building skills to help girls feel strong and prepared led by a skilled instructor.

What to bring: Comfortable clothing, closed-toe shoes, and a water bottle.
