We will learn how to tie fishing knots, cast a line, and even put on our own bait! Bring a chair or something to sit on and we will surely have a pond-erful day with the Plymouth County Naturalist teaching us the basics at the Hillview Pond!

Fishing poles are available to use.

Fun for all Girl Scout levels!
Participants 16 and older will need a fishing license.
Chaperones are required in order to follow the adult-to-Girl Scout ratio as outlined in the Safety Activity Checkpoints, but they do not need to register.
Chaperones do not need to get a license if they are not touching a pole.
