Prior to meeting with your troop, new troop leaders will need to complete a New Leader Orientation with the Volunteer Experience Team. Volunteer Experience Team will  go over the basic necessities and tools for you to get started as a leader. Topics will include our support system, important resources, planning your first troop meetings, troop bank account and finances, leader training and development, safety procedures, and Girl Scout basics.
