The last date for registration has passed.

All girls and their families are invited to attend a NIACC Dance and Cheer clinic with their performance being at Halftime of the NIACC Women's Basketball Game. Day includes: a T-shirt, Game ticket, Cheer & Dance Instruction, Small popcorn during the game, Fun patch, NIACC Tattoo, Hair ribbon, and special Girl Scout Seating at the Game. Following the game, everyone is encouraged to head to the court for player photos & autographs from Basketball players as well as Cheer and Dance Teams. Please have each girl wear black leggings or pants, tennis shoes, and hair in a ponytail prior to arriving. All Registered girls will receive their T-shirt at registration for event and will be allowed space to change into this prior to clinic starting. Clinic & Registration: 12:30 p.m. (NIACC Rec Center) Game: 2 p.m. (NIACC Gym) Registration ends: Friday, February 3, 2017 Any questions – please contact Melissa Einertson (melissa_hrubes@hotmail.com).

*Chaperones are required to sit with their Girl Scout at the game; but do not need to be in attendance at the Clinic.

Cancellation Policy
Girl Scouts of Greater Iowa (GSGI) Cancellation policy All deposit fees will be retained for any cancellations or no-shows. We are not able to accommodate refunds of deposits. GSGI may issue a partial refund for the following circumstances: • A girl is ill and cannot attend a session (doctor’s note required). • Written notice of cancellation has been received 2 weeks or more prior to the event start date. • GSGI cancels an event. No refund will be issued when: • A girl is a no-show. • A girl arrives late or leaves early. • Activities are missed as a result of inclement weather. • Written notice of cancellation has not been received 2 weeks prior to the program start date, other than for illness or emergency. Refunds are given in the manner in which they were paid, and to the account of fee origination. A one-time transfer to another event is available if completed prior to the registration deadlines. To receive a refund: • Send a written request for the refund 2 weeks prior to the program start date to: registration@gsiowa.org. Please be sure to state the following: Name of the girl(s) whose registration(s) should be canceled; name and start date of the event; and reason for the cancellation.
