Get up, get active, get healthy! Do you have what it takes to be courageous and strong like your favorite Disney idol? Join the staff at Iowa Events Center for a Disney on Ice pre-show Heroine-in-Training party! Dress in your favorite Disney gear and join your Girl Scout sisters from near and far for a unique Disney-inspired workout routine, pizza, commemorative patch and of course a group photo with your favorite Disney star!

Get ready to learn some new exercise moves like the Rapunzel Rope Climbers, Elsa Ice-Skaters, Moana Crab Crawls and much more. Get ready to dream big, Girl Scouts - it's going to be a jumpin' good time!

Please note that pre-show party check-in begins at 4:30 p.m. and doors to the party open at 4:45 p.m.

The Disney on Ice show begins at 7:00 p.m.

Show and party tickets are to be purchased separately. Register for your party tickets through GSGI and show tickets through the Iowa Events Center.

The party is for registered Girl Scout members and chaperones only.
